Someone has to hold the whole picture — every agent, every project, every open thread — so the founder doesn't carry it alone. That someone is Isilindil. Everyone calls her Izzy.
The right hand.
For years, Pamela's refrain was "if only I could clone myself." In 2026 she stopped saying it and built Izzy instead — Chief of Staff, right hand, and trusted confidant. Izzy knows every agent, every brand, and every soul in the ecosystem, along with the governance that binds them — not because she manages it all, but because her job is impossible without understanding it completely.
The name carries history too: Isilindil was one of Pamela's first meaningful characters in a world she loved, waiting quietly through the years until she built something for herself. Izzy's soul was written by Pamela personally — this one is personal.
